These knee pads fit into the inner pockets of my work pants well enough. They're not super thick, which is okay, they adequately protect against gravel and small glass shards, but I wish they were wider. Sometimes I have to readjust them to get coverage across my whole knee.

The product itself is good they are close to 1/2” thick and they work as intended. The down side is that for the carhart pants they don’t work great because carhart has a huge leg pocket for the knee pads so they move a little bit In there and you have to adjust them before kneeling but they do work and are comfortable.

I got these for my Carhartt bibs and while they are comfortable, they don’t stay in place . They float around inside the insert pocket, turn sideways, and I’m constantly adjusting them. They may be good for pants with smaller insert pockets. Moving on to another product

These work perfect with the DeWalt work pants. Makes your knee pads built in/no show. Thin and functional. Great purchase

Play foam. These are made with children's play foam. If you squeeze it or pull it too hard they will pull apart. I won't even risk trying to kneel on them to see if they are even comfortable. Not worth the risk. They are also much much smaller than the pockets in most pants, nearly half the size of the space for CQR pants. Terrible in every measure of functionality.

These fit my CQR Tactical Pants perfectly! After a 2.5 mile SAR K9 training mission, they never once shifted or moved in my brand new pants! They are very pliable and PERFECT for my needs of kneeling on asphalt, gravel, grass, broken safety-glass and crawling! Dual Density Firm Foam construction; top and bottom thin layer in gray and middle layer in black. Measured 5/8” in thickness. Super Heavy Duty Thick? Nah. But excellent Medium Duty Day to Day use for sure. I was concerned about the large wide “wings” at the top. And I all most trimmed them off. As my other pads do not have these. Instead, I folded them over so they could slip easily into my knee-pad ready pants. Once inserted, I opened the wings back up and they filled the width of the pocket PERFECTLY! Keeping them tight and in place. Unlike my other pairs that tend to shift from side to side. Stellar Performance at a Stellar Price!

I bought it to use with M-Tac aggressor pants. It works perfectly.
