My microwave started sparking and I found that the little plate inside was cracked. My microwave is only a year old and was disappointed thinking I had to buy a new one. Then I got the idea to check on Amazon and blow and behold they had replacement ones! So I bought them. Took 10 seconds to install it and it solved the problem! Yay. Saved me a lot of money, time, and effort from having to buy a new microwave oven.

I measured inside my microwave where the new wave guide would go before I ordered these. They make my microwave work like new.

This wasnt a perfect fit for the sides of my microwave/airfryer combo but could be easily adjusted by timing the placement tabs a bit. I did hear some sparking and found some small mica bits as the cause. If you a replacing a damage one make sure to clean microwave throughly to prevent this.
