Excellent sound, comfort and quality
Bought these for use on walks and for their sound quality in an office environment. Their use for Microsoft Teams is perfect too. The microphone department is really good. As I have them now they are comfortable and never fall out. And yes they can be used in the shower if that is your thing, they are water proof to a depth of 1m for 30 minutes. That's more than enough for me.The ANC and Transparency modes are ok since recent firmware updates, but the ANC is still not great. They remind me of the Bowens & Wilkins PI7's (of which I had 4 faulty pairs & gave up) in that department. The ANC seems to take out the hum of an air purifier, but that is all. Don't get these if your objective is a quiet environment where any noise is cancelled out.The quality of the build has always been great with B&O. My old original E8's still work fine, but needed to be glued together after many years of gym use and the occasional drop. The EQ's while sounding great look clunky in comparison to these. And yes the bass response is much clearer and pronounced on these, but very refined. My usual volume comfort level is achieved around 60-70%, music is described so clearly that there's no need to crank it up so that your eardrums hurt. The soundstage is wide and clear and only fails against full headphones in the description of musical instrumentation on the far left and right of a 180 degree sound stage. I would say the far left and right is about 85% of the description of full H95 corded headphones. And yes these seem to need time for the bass frequency to develop too. I nearly sent them back straight away. I have replaced the tips with Comply Sport Pro B&O Earbud Tips - Medium which are a few millimetres longer than the ones in the box, as these seemed to short for my ears.It took a week of playing these about 6-8 hours a day for them to start sounding great. My sound eq adjustment slowly wandered up from 100% warm (bass with reduced treble) to 50% excited (increased bass and treble response). Popular scientific opinion says that burn in doesn't exist, but my ears seem to require it. The BeoSound Equaliser is an unusual beast but seems to deliver for people not used to handling equaliser presets and what they can do. Preferences can be saved and it is really quite good.So these earphones are currently a mixed blessing, but meet my needs. I keep searching for similar specifications, but nothing in this style and specification seems to really hit the mark. The case is a quality item too and unlike some reviewers I don't find they damage easily. They appear to be anodised, and not painted, high grade aluminium. It is really quite nice and I don't find them bulky either.I hope this helps you make an informed decision on these very expensive earbuds. You are buying into a product that will probably last several years. The EQ's and EX both deliver and are made by the same manufacturer Merry Electronics. It's September 2022 now and they still work great, no faults, the case is still undamaged and that despite carefree handling.

Perfect sound
The sound and build quality are exceptional, worth noting here the anc seems to only work while audio is playing. I was expecting an anc experience similar to bose put the earbuds in turn on anc world goes quiet this doesn't happen there is no anc of when on of nothing is playing this seems to be correct when audio is paused while playing the anc is good not top class but good and allows traffic, office noise to fade away overall i love these earbuds.

Loved them. But Not great at all with Apple Watch (S7-45mm-SS)
Rating purely based on the connectivity issues. Everything else would have been an easy 5 starts across the board for me. Even with the high price tag. After all, you get what you pay for!Absolutely loved these buds. The sound quality, comfort & volume must be the best money can buy right now. Battery life fantastic as well. The precision sound quality really is outstanding and something to behold.Unfortunately for me personally, at least with the set I had the intermittent connectivity issues when paired with Apple Watch Series 7 was a deal breaker for me and in the end I reluctantly returned them for refund. I was hoping a firmware update would be released to solve the issues I faced. Unfortunately when I consulted Amazon on a few occasions I was instructed to just return for refund.I did reset, unpair & repair with all devices a couple of times and even tried pairing with my daughters Apple Watch SE and had the same random connectivity issues. Music/podcasts still playing according to the watches with zero sound after some crackling. This happened when streaming and playing downloaded media through Apple Watch. I don’t have this issue when using Original V1 AirPods, AirPods V3 or AirPods Pro V1. So the issue must be with the B&O EX.Please fix this B&O. This issue aside the B&O EX are simply the best earbuds in the world as of the review

Sound pretty good but Bluetooth is sketchy
When these arrived, I thought they were the best thing ever. They look fantastic & sound great. They fit well, aren't heavy & are easy to use, with the tap/hold functions. The batteries last well on the earphones & case. The app is good too. There's lots of positives but one big negative.I went for a drive wearing them, using an Astell&Kern SR35 as source. The Bluetooth connection was on & off for ages. I wondered if it may be my new A&K, so tried a process of elimination. I testing it with B&W headphones & a Bose speaker, it worked fine. I tried the B&O with my phone & they were marginally better on Bluetooth connection but the sound quality diminished. Staying in one location, they work fine, so it's interference from wireless signals when out & about which kills the enjoyment. The whole point of these, is so you can listen to music, when out & about.I ended up purchasing some wired earbuds. A&K Campfire Audio Pathfinder. Since using those, the B&O sound cheap & artifical. I can't go back to them.To be fair, the wired ones are obscenely expensive & there's no loss through a cabled connection. It's too late to return them & hopefully I'll find a use for them one day. I hope if you do buy them, your Bluetooth connection is better than I experience. So much promise but it ended in disappointment.
