Tired of taking capsules and need to add Milk Thistle. Extracts - don't care for. This is delicious Too soon to see if I get any results but I'm a firm believer in natural products and since this tastes soooo good, just ordered a second bottle to have. I have taken milk thistle for years due to its historical use for helping cleanse the liver - a history that goes back a couple thousand years. My usual way of taking is a capsule. However, I liked idea of trying it in liquid form for a change, and this Italy based manufacturer checks all the boxes for full disclosure and quality.The flavor was excellent - it tastes slightly sweet though it has no additional sugar. However, measuring 40 drops from that dropper was tedious. I am going to have to figure out just how much 40 drops is when compared to a teaspoon so that I can quickly measure it out without using the dropper. And, I will be using this as an occasional addition to tea, not taking as a daily supplement. Its just too hard to take it this way.

As with most supplements on Amazon I have my doubts, however this seems overall good. Checks all the boxes for me.Good taste.Value for money.Easy to use. (once you get dosage right)Decent quality.

This seems helpful, but I have concerns since the label isn't very clear about the amount of milk thistle in this. And the website has almost no information. There is also no information about any quality testing, let alone about third party testing by an independent lab in the U.S.While this seems to be an established brand that may follow some guidelines in Italy, I would feel a lot better about using this if this were also tested for toxins and potency in the U.S.This is a good tasting herb anyway, so its not surprising that the taste is good. Its also easy to use in liquid form like this and tastes good added to water or any drink.The bottle I received in June 2025 expires in August 2029.
