Easy to dispense but cap can get messy if not fully dried. I'm not sure the smallest line in the cap is the true volume dose but this has worked great for us, just use a dropper to measure if you'd like. Used as needed for over a year and taste wise it is the absolute favorite, my kiddo refuses other syrups now. Bottle is also very visually appealing to kids, which might help if your kiddo is wary of medicine. Highly recommend having on hand

Para mi esto es muy bueno

nariz tapada y tos eran cosa de todo los dias. hemos sufrido todo el año pasado por constantes resfrios. lo peor en las noches sin dormir. Despues de tomar la miel, los resfrios han disminuido. le damos 3 o 4 ml. el sabor es un poco fuerte para un niño, despues toma un poco de agua y todo bien.

Used this all the time when kids were younger. They say the flavor is different now.
