Not snake oil!
I had a bout of insomnia from a vaccine that lead to anxiety about sleeping every night even once the insomnia subsided. I was super skeptical since this is a branded product but I was proven wrong! The first night I took two and don’t even remember falling asleep! Since then I’ve taken one a night as needed and I’ve fallen asleep without issue every time! I agree that these don’t keep you asleep all night but if falling asleep is your issue, definitely try these. No side effect. No drowsiness. Fully recommend!

Best product ever!
These amazing supplements help me sleep like a baby and wake up refreshed after 7.5 hours of sleep. They help my get into REM sleep without feeling medicated. My doctor recommended them and she was right.

didn't work and their guarantee to return was ignored
I tried this product 3 different nights and it did not give me restful sleep, just my normal restlessness and not much sleep, BUT the next morning I had a heck of a time getting going and stayed brain-fogged all day. I didn't even take the 4 pills as prescribed. I only took 2 pills per several reviewers. So the next night I tried only taking 1 pill. All with the same results. After 3 attempts, I gave up and tried to return it only to find out that they do not take returns. I know I read somewhere that they guaranteed it or you could return it. I would never have spent $40 on a 15-day supply without that guarantee.

It works, just a bit slower
I have been using the chewable for years. They work great and fast!! However I always had to get up and brush my teeth afterwards. I tried the capsules. It takes three and about 1/2 or more yo go to sleep. But… no extra teeth brushing…
