I have sensitive eczema-prone skin, and this hydrated my face to the point where I no longer struggled with dullness. I think it might also be gently exfoliating skin, which explains why my face looked a lot happier while using it. I was sad when I finished the whole product and I noticed how badly my skin needed it. I think despite it being a low concentration, it is perfect for people with sensitive skin who want extra hydration.

This toner really works! After using it for a few days, my skin feels smoother, looks brighter, and my pores appear smaller. It’s gentle enough not to irritate but effective enough to see a difference. I love that it has soothing ingredients like aloe vera and ginseng, and it's vegan too! Great addition to my skincare routine.

I have been using this for a week now. So far, I can say there is already improvement especially on my pores which become more refined as I have open pores that I wanted to become tightened. My face looks brighter and more hydrated now than before. Hoping for more promising results after long term use.

I’ve just started using this toner and I’m already noticing smoother texture and a slight glow. It feels gentle on the skin and absorbs quickly. My pores look a bit more refined too. Hoping it continues to fade dark spots and even out tone with regular use—time will tell!

The product says 2.5% retinol but the texture is more like a water and that's the first ingredients mentioned on the bottle. It doesn't feel like a serum and it doesn't make any difference. I won't buy it again.
