Any ideas on how to update the firmware?

The seller really needs to reply to this. Mine doesn't hold settings, presets even though wired correctly with constant power. The only troubleshooting option remaining is a firmware update. I'm about to return it and give a 2 star review. Reviews for the $45 unit seem to br much better.

Does this support the latest version of IOS?

We just installed this and it is working with iPhone XR on ios 13.3 and everything syncs up, even the mirror link. Pleasantly surprised.

Can this fit in a 2010 Crown Victoria
