It's not at all obvious how to set this up. I'm using the Franklin T10 hotspot, which I got for ~$20 on Amazon.Here's how I did it, based on another Amazon review:1. Put the SIM in my smartphone and dial 611 to activate.2. They say there's a wait and give an option to call me back when it's my turn, so I did that option.3. They call me back. The first person didn't know what's going on and transferred me to someone from "Postpaid" (I think this means contract). Then that person transferred me to someone from "Prepaid".4. The prepaid guy knew what he was doing and helped me activate it. I ended up taking the prepaid plan with 30GB for $40. Paid with CC over the phone. They give you a phone number.5. Used the phone number to setup a T-Mobile online account to make payments and see data usage.Now I'm getting speeds of ~20mbps download and ~10mbps upload.

Ease to setup, good sim card.

Did not work on my T-Mobile REVVL V + 5G ....... T-MOBILE didn't have a clue on how to activate such an alien card....... I lost money on this card and $55 dollars for trying to activate it online using the official T-Mobile app.

I can use my Nokia 225 4G!! ❤️Dial Customer Care or 611 to go straight to T-Mobile prepaid and get an account setup over the phone. Easy peasy.Do: dial 611 from the phone you are putting this into.DO NOT: Try to get this activated via the website. I spent hours trying to and nobody knew what to do.I finally called 611 and it took me straight to T-Mobile prepaid and I got an account setup over the phone in less than fifteen minutes. Easy peasy.

The Sim card I received was already attached to another phone. TMobile was not able to help me and told me to get another Sim Card. Was told I would need to return in order to get a refund. Would cost me more in my time and gas this the cost of this item. Beware it looked valid until I tried to turn the phone on but once I got a new Sim card no issues whatsoever.
