When I embark on a long hike, my go-to beverage is Trace Mineral Power Pak! I noticed a difference right away after drinking. It provided me with enough fuel to trek 600 miles from the foot of the French Pyrenees to the Atlantic Ocean across the northern mountains of Spain. Power Pak gave me with the energy, muscle support, and heart rhythm stability I needed during heat waves when temperatures reached up to 114 F. My favorite is the Vitamin C. It tastes good, is low in sugar, and is easy to mix.

This is my second box of Trace Power Pak. Recommended by my daughter, I have taken one each day. I feel it is particularly helpful in the heat and humidity. I do feel more hydrated and energetic, especially after working outside.

I got this mostly for the trace minerals I believe we need & I believe is missing in a lot of diets for various reasons. Regarding the product: The organic ingredients were a nice bonus, the taste is great, the sugar content is low enough, …most of the vitamins & minerals looked like the perfect mixture for what it was as supposed to do, however, I was surprised to see the ingredients had Cyanocobalamin B12 (synthetic) & not Methylcobalamin B12 (natural). Since it’s a small dose of B12 Cyano-I’m not too worried. Also, I’m aware some studies suggest that your body may absorb cyanocobalamin slightly better than methylcobalamin… & if your goal was meant to quickly replenish your body after a workout I suppose this possibly may be a better version of B12 to ingest. Again, it’s such a small dose per packet, I won’t worry too much about it. This is just my POV. I am NOT a doctor. I’m just a consumer who researches vitamins, minerals, herbs, nootropics, etc.

Great tasting high quality vitamin c powder. For the cost it is very effective. Add to water and drink. Very easy to use.

I have been using this product for many years. It gives me an energy boost and takes care of keeping me well hydrated. I like orange, tangerine and lemon/lime flavors. Find this product is much less sweet and concentrated as compared to Liquid IV.
