I genuinely get excited about my morning cafe latte shake 😍 this is a game changer!The tin was full, the measuring spoon was there, product tastes good, and I’d give it 5 stars - however, I also ordered the chocolate flavour..... my tin arrived half full. I couldn’t see the measuring spoon but after a shake I removed the spoon only to realise there was now less than half of the product remaining..: not impressed to be honest. Plus the flavour wasn’t all that so the chocolate flavour would get a 2 or 3 star review from me.Finally the caramel flavour, haven’t tried this yet but the tin is full and it smells delightful so I have no doubt I will enjoy it as much as the cafe late flavour. Therefore my review is a reflection of all 3 flavours, sadly tarnished because of the disappointing half tin and bland flavour.

Seems to work. I mix it with Oat milk and have a glass for breakfast and mid afternoon glass, no lunch and evening meal around 7/8. So far lost 4.5 pounds in 7days.

I decided to buy a few tins of the caffe latte flavor as they were on sale. I saw reviews that said this flavor was extremely sweet but I didn't think it would be too much for me as I have such a sweet tooth. But I have to say, it definitely will be too sweet for the average person. I can just about manage it but I suspect in a week or so I'll need to have a break from this flavour. In hindsight I probably shouldn't have bought that many tins!
