I've had this for 3 nearly years now and have minimum 2 coffees per day. It's running like a charm. I keep it descaled and cleaned as recommended. I use both prefilled k-cups and a refillable stainless k-cup and both work great. Nice and hot, fast, and quiet. If it gave out tomorrow, i'd get another one.

I bought this model for three reasons. First and foremost is the "Iced Setting" That works by the Keurig putting hot water thru the pod to extract the taste, and then cooling the stream so it doesn't melt your ice needlessly. This gives you the possibility of brewing a 6 ounce cup. This built in feature allows for the ice melt to make up the 8 ounce setting. The Keurig Slim has buttons for 8, 10, 12 ounce. The second feature that I wanted was a single setting. I am the only coffee drinker in my house, and I like coffee cold not hot. So this is just the right thing. It helps being $89. The third reason is the "Perfect Pods" reusable pods with easy cleanup filters. This lets me make coffee for way less than the prefilled K-cups. Note: K-cups are nice for sampling a variety of coffee. But the reusable pods let you make your coffee for about 20 cents vs a buck more or less. The only feature I would add is a button to strong brew. I tried an iced dunkin donuts brand coffee from the store at over $2.40 i just wanted to try it. I loved it and this was my plan to have delicious Dunkin Donuts iced coffee for a quarter!

We needed a slim smaller coffee maker for camper. Looked a a few different brands comparing size functions and reliability. Keurig won hands down. It has three different size cups which works great us. You can also make great ice coffee on hot days while camping which is a plus for me a true coffee lover. It make coffee fast and you do not have fill the reservoir after cup. We love this coffee maker and the coffee and ice coffee tastes great.

I am not a coffee drinker. I do however make coffee for friends when they come over. I have made iced tea. GREAT! Every now and then i make chi lattes for myself. Great taste. It will tell you if you need to clean it, but cleaning is very easy. It will also tell you if you are low on water. And it is slim. the water is in the back. It takes up less space on the counter. And you still have your choice of 8,10,or12oz.

It makes excellent coffee with little effort. It does work with with the reusable cup. It makes nice strong coffee. I use a large mug, run it at 20 oz, the open it and restart it at 10 oz. That makes it a little less strong - to my taste. I like the Keurig with the reusable cup because it is much easier to clean than any other brewing technique with little attention. The pods are so wasteful, I'm empting the used grounds into my yard. I'm going to try gluing the empty cups into a door wreat that I will then paint and decorate. I think I could use them to start succulent plants from cuttings, or seedlings.

The first won I bought from a retailer, stopped working within a month. I liked it so much that I bought another one from Amazon with the extended warranty. It heats instantly and makes great ice coffee.

I purchased the KSlim+Iced in Sept 2022. Since than I have had the coffee maker replaced three times and I'm about to send it back for a fourth time due to the same problem. The Descale light comes on by blinking. I follow the directions exactly as described in the booklet that came with the coffee maker. When I press and hold the 8oz & 12oz buttons so that the blinking Descale light is supposed to stop blinking and goes solid, that never happens. It continues to blink and never stops blinking no matter what I do. I run the Keurig descaling solution anyway since I put it in by just hitting the 8oz button followed by more clean water afterwards as described. However, I have no idea if it was descaled. Worse than that, I live with the blinking Descaling light until I send it back for replacement. How long will I receive replacements beyond my year's warranty, this is crazy. There is something obviously wrong with this model and I don't understand why it hasn't been resolved.
