I’ve had these lights for 4.5 years. They’ve been great additions for a dark hallway. I was concerned my elderly parents would trip in the dark. The light is bright enough to give visibility without blinding you at night. They work perfectly fine this many years in. I had to replace the sticky pad on one of the lights about 2 years but the other two have been fine. Motion sensor still works. I do have one that sometimes turns on in the middle of the day on a cloudy day but that’s cause it’s in a darker/shadowy part of the hallway. Not a big deal though. Depending on where the light is and how often it turns on, I’ve only had to replace batteries about once every 4-6 months. I’m about to buy them again for another house we now occupy!

These are the best motion detector night lights. I have three in the hall so I can check on the pups sleeping (or any mishaps on the floor). It is dark in the hallway so they light up nicely. I even bought another pack to add to the kitchen area. I found that if I put them a little higher on the wall, the light up area is much bigger.

These work wonderfully as night lights that are motion activated!

Motion sensor does not reach that far. Light is sufficient for my use in a walk through laundry room from garage with light switch in one side. It does help us not to trip in the dark to the other side of the room when the motion is detected. It just doesn’t always detect motion.
