Love Love LOVE this book
This book is absolutely amazing and I cannot emphasise enough how much this book has not only made me understand more about myself- it has also provided a sense of comfort and validation. I love how this book does not succumb to the idea of the "get up of your ass and work" type of thing because as a person (like me) who is a perfectionist recovering from burnout, those few words send me into a spiral. One of my favourite quotes by Britt is that "Lazy is a moral judgment- not a biological reality". I honestly broke down into tears reading that. Knowing and realizing the fact that I am in fact, not lazy, felt like receiving the tightest and warmest hug ever.To anyone who feels lost/stuck in their lives, I beg you to read this book.

Highly recommended ! New Real Insights that take the genre forward
I heard Britt Frank on the Slo Mo podcast - She is just SO clear about human frailties and how to avoid addictions and many other traits. Her personal experiences (reaching rock bottom) adds a level of realness rarely found elsewhere, along with depth.I've read many psychology books and this really takes the genre forward unlike most (which just tend to rehash rephrase what is almost common knowledge).

Great book
In my top 10 for self discovery and exploration. Many facets of the human behaviour covered in this book and helpful hints to help in finding answers in healing the self. Definitely a book I will listen to again and again.
