Broken handle and US plug ( bought for UK use.Could not use it.

Description did NOT say 'not suitable for UK voltage' (wrong plug). Tried to cancel minutes after ordering but seller did not allow any cancellations. Absolutely shocking.. Item arrived many weeks late on the wrong day.....read other UK reviews which said product exploded... Arrived packaged in box which had clearly been opened and repackaged several times with bits of different labels all over it, plus loads of sellotape which was very suspicious.What is Amazon doing about this?

Product doesn't mention it has a US plug. Nightmare trying to return. Requires extra copies of the returns info to be placed in plastic bags / outer clear envelopes (as going overseas). Wasn't told any of this when trying to return. If you're a busy person and / or don't have access to a range of returns options or can't get out easily then avoid buying this product.

Arrives with a 2 pin plug not suitable for uk voltage, even with the advised adaptor required. Explodes when u plug it in. Dangerous product made in china now hassle to send it back. Dont buy it!

This is absolutely not suitable for UK use. Plugged it in with the adapter and it blew up. Absolutely ridiculous should not ship to the UK if it cannot be used here So so dangerous!!

Was bought this as a gift no idea couldn’t be used in UK and kept blowing any adapters used!!! As was a gift not able to return complete waste of time and will only be good for the bin!!! Disgusting!!!
