No the mouth does not move when she eats

Q: If you run out of the mixture, can you just "feed" the doll water and have her "pee"? Or do you always have to buy the mixture?

You can feed the doll water and she will pee.

Q: Is the doll able to be washed? As in go in the bathtub without her parts (arms, legs, etc) filling with water?

My daughter has had hers in the bath numerous times. She’s not made specifically to go in the bath but I’ve had no problem draining her and her drying out without any real effort or any water left behind to mildew or stink.

Q: Can you feed this baby the play doh snacks from the Snacking Baby Alive?

My grand children used the blender to break down the food then they put it in the bottle.
