Q: I have one and trying to screw the base in, but the bolts/screws just keep turning and don't connect to the nut. Any ideas?

Your bats are probably bigger the the intended size try a longer bolt

Q: Any chance there is a guarantee on this? The screw in the cup became loose, because the metal under it broke. And all it does is rattle now.

Q: Does anyone have this new 2.0 version yet? Does it really hold fast and not start tilting with a full tumbler in it?
