I burned up an earlier pump by forgetting to turn it off after a job. It ran constantly for 3 days and when I came back to it, it was dead. I love that I can just hook this up, turn it on and the engraver will control turning it on and off.

The biggest complaint i have with this machine is how hard it is to line up laser engravings from a center point. If your gcode has a 0,0 that is in the center of your design to be burned... manually lining up the laser is a major pain! Also, The method the designers came up with to move the laser up and down is HORRIBLE! it is a screw that tightens onto metal and the height and angle moves while you tighten the screw. **this laser has worked well for me... for that i am happy with it... but getting the laser lined up in the exact same spot each time so you can repeat your results is pretty hard without customizing something to hold both the laser frame as well as what you are burning... **and even with that, the height mechanism tightening screw makes it impossible to get it exactly the same.I gave it 4 stars because i use it a lot and have learned to just deal with the results.

I ordered this for my Atomstack engraver and was impressed. Easy instructions and enough hardware to fit many models. It was a quick step by step process and was installed quickly and does what it is supposed to do.

Preformed worse then the atomstack a5 but cost 2x as much only way to get this to cut details with out little fires is air assist which would be fine if was represented that way but it's not and cost a $100 more If the air assist is needed, it should be sold with the air assist and the price should have gone up instead of leaving the price lower and having me buy a paper weight until I spend the other $100. Also, when you watch reviews about their error system. I'm not super excited that this isn't going to be a mess also I needed this product for my small business. It's really disappointing that you would sell a product misrepresentative. And the Amazon would have it highly rated when it is clearly not a good product.

Advertised as working with a downloadable app. The machine comes with WIFI hardware, but NOT the necessary firmware to use it. The instructions say to download and install the new firmware. It was easy to download the firmware, but the instructions say to install an app first: MKSLasertool and use that app to load the firmware to the machine. The firmware download does not include MKSLasertool and all I get from Atomstack is repeated instruction to "Download the firmware." They ignore my questions about MKSLasertool. I have searched the internet. I can't find it. The machine WILL NOT WORK with the app.
