TAPE IS FANTASTIC, but this is how my package arrived at my front door. The package WIDE OPEN [you can tell by the picture I UPLOADED] as if someone went through it. I immediately took a picture of the open package and proceeded to see if my items were there, Luckily they were. After a breif sigh of relief I wondered what the delivery driver captured as the drop off picture. To my surprise it looks as if it was placed in a way so that the camera did not pick up the open part of the package. Since the content of my order was all there I can only assume the driver went through the package. As to why -you're guess is as good as mine. Its sketchy as all hell to me that Amazon would pull something so scummy like this.

Its great tape. The magnets are strong enough to hold this portable monitor attached to my fridge no problem. In fact id argue the magnetism is TOO strong.The one issue with it is that the glue is just abit weaker than the magnetic force, meaning that if its a tug and pull between the two the glue just barely comes out losing.With the screen here the magnet is SO strong that when I go to pull the screen off the tape peels a tiny bit. Not fully and not enough to start failing but usually if I press a thumb to the tape you can hear the sound of it re-sticking fully. Its just BARELY not strong enough.Still for most people the ability to remove the tape afterward without issue is greater than how permanent it is. If it comes down to it ill hot glue the tape back on but for now its still holding up. Again, the magnetism itself is excellent!

The magnetic tape wouldn’t hold a power strip on the wall. I used at least half the roll and still no luck. It’s definitely light weight and might work for something not as oddly sized as a power strip. I should also mention, it’s kind of frustrating removing the plastic backing. You really have to be extra careful not to tear off the adhesive. I like using velcro tape. I think it’s easier to use and stronger than magnetic tape.

The magnet strip was not strong enough for the project I was working on which was creating magnetized game pieces that are interchangeable on the game board but when asking for a refund they were very quick to respond and had great customer service. Loved that they reached out to me right away! They also let me keep the item since I had used a bit of it which is nice because it will be useful for other small projects.

Wish it didn't come in a roll. I needed it to cut it into squares for magnetic markings for door frames (long story) problem being, since its in a roll, the tape itself is permanently slightly curved. So after sticking it to the wall, the corners come up just a bit off the wall from the curve. Magnetic aspect works fine, just annoying how the corners come up.

Used this 1" tape to allow easy on/off of a company logo 6"x12" sign on a truck door. Used three 12" strips length wise and two strips one on each end. They stick well even at freeway speeds and are simple to remove. I unrolled and layed out the full length strips on a board in the sun for several hours and thus made them very easy to work with. I also used a hard plastic roller to be sure they stick well to the plastic signs. So far they are working well. The strips can be stacked but that doesn't seem to increase the holding power by much.

This did not work for my project which was as a magnetic closure between two pieces of vinyl screening on my van door. The product itself is very weighty. The magnetic side would not stick to any metal I tried. I can't speak to the adhesive side of the product, I didn't get that far in the use of it. For me it was a true waste of money. :-(I'm sure it has it's use, but not for me.Update: I was contacted by the company customer service very soon after leaving this review. The rep offered apologies and a refund. This is the way to conduct business. Thank you.

Got this magnetic tape to make a removable decorative border on my work cubicle frame. It was super easy with this tape and transformed the space. Plus the bonus strong magnetic hooks hold a hanging plant, so my cubi got an unexpected upgrade there. It’s clear that excellent service is of utmost importance to this company—between that and awesome products, I’m totally ordering from them again. I also told my cubicle neighbor about the magic behind my new decor. I think she’ll be ordering too. Love me some Strongman Tools!!!
