It works exactly as described.
Not much to say about a plastic cap for a windshield washer fluid tank. It works. It fit the tank in my Ford Focus as it should, and it wasn't expensive. I suspect it will fit a lot of models since it's likely that Ford uses the same cap on a wide range of vehicles. I mean, why not? It's a simple part.

Perfect fit....because other ones and a previous I had bought before said it fit Ford Focus between such and such a year and it did not at all but this one from a review from another customer stated it would for my car and it actually fits

This cap might require some muscle and finesse in order to set the ring part, but then it is secure and seals well.

Fits, but very tight
This did fit my 2013 Ford Focus S, but it is very tight. Tight like you need serious grip strength or a rubber mallet to get it all the way on. It might very well stretch out with time, so maybe that's not a bad thing. Just worth noting.
