Product not as expected .
It’s not as crunchy as I expected it to be. Other brands that I tried tasted better.

Overpriced
It’s over priced for two small bags. We bought a much bigger bag for $6.00.

I normally love these but they were stale
Hmmmm… so I usually love these. Super salty in a good way lol. Large bags stuffed full. Good crunch and decent garlic flavor. Unfortunately, this arrived with the bags busted open. They were wrapped again so no corn nuts escaped, but unfortunately they tasted stale. Not just texture wise, but like they had been open for a while. Normally I would say these are a great value for the size of the bags and how much you get, but if it’s stale, meh, not really.

Good stuff
But I wish I could find it cheaper.

addictive
I was introduced to this brand from a coworker that traveled to the Philippines often and they would bring me a large bag. Highly addictive garlic and salt flavor. Crispy and airy as opposed to other corn nuts that are hard. Tasting this again after 10 years, it still hits the spot.

Processed or Natural... the choice is yours.
Every time someone comes back from the P.I. I always hope they bring some of this back from the provinces. However the ones they bring back are locally made and are so delicious, fresh and lightly seasoned. I was lucky enough to find it here on Amazon! Since I didn't really know what either this or the Boy Bawang tasted like, I ordered both. Let me tell you that these are so close to the ones the Tito & Titas bring back, they even have cloves of real garlic in them (which may be what the other reviewer thought were the grain weavels)I agree. this is way better than Boy Bawang. The Boy Bawang tastes so processed, so salty and taste artificially flavored, because they are: Bow Bawang uses garlic flavoring and MSG. So, if you like that sort of crap, then Boy Bawang it is. Ilocos Chichacorn uses only coconut oil, corn, garlic & salt,. So, these are the ones for me!

Love my Chicacorn!
Love authentic garlic corn nuts straight from the motherland. The corn nuts aren't super hard like those kinds you see at gas stations all over the US. These nuts are the genuine taste of Ilocos, soft and easy to chew. You will savor the garlicky flavor and will eat half the packet before you know it.
