Having purchased it, I have no idea how I did without it before.
Purchased on recommendation this digital microscope is perfect for soldering small SMB components and electronics repair. Since that's my only application, I've only really used the "L" attachment and haven't tried the other lenses. This is fairly easy to put together with comprehensive instructions, the end result is very sturdy and has multiple degrees of adjustment making it easy to focus. The two flexible lights provide well needed detail and are bright enough once you find the correct angle. The ability to record video and take screenshots is a nice feature but one I've only used sparingly. That said on the few occasions I've tried it it's been easy to use and transfer to my PC, and surprisingly high detail. There are some projects that I wouldn't have been able to do without this microscope, and some that I would have but this made much easier. This now stays plugged in on my workbench and sometimes I find myself just flipping on the lights even when I don't need the magnification.

Nice, good quality!
I bought this for my coin collection and it works lovely. The magnification is adjustable in many ways making it very nice easy hook up for your PC as well. Lights are bright and adjustable. This makes the viewing ability excellent on your PC along with good photos! I tried a few others before this one and this one is very nice. I’m happy.

Works but be careful - Not new. Repackaged item
Received this yesterday. Only received the stand microscope. The portable one (as part of the package) is still on its way. Was excited to open it and start using it. When I got the box, I immediately noticed it looked strange. Not sealed and there was a label that was obviously removed (when you remove a label from a cardboard box, it takes some of the surface paper with it). Once I opened it, I immediately knew this was not new. It had been opened, assembled and repackaged. Everything was there, but not arranged how it would be done by the manufacturer. When I found that all of the cables had twist ties that weren't uniform and none were in plastic bags and that the USB power brick was attached to the power cable, I knew it had been opened and used. I tested everything out. Everything was there and worked fine so won't be returning it.Just be aware, you may get a repackaged item. Will have to wait for the portable unit to review that one.As for the product review itself, I haven't used it much in the last 24 hours. But was able to use the 3 different lenses. The unit is designed pretty well. I wanted it for soldering and coin collecting. It will be good for those with the included magnification powers. The lighting was good and it has 2 goose-neck lights for the platform and one under-mount light unit for slides. Haven't tried that one as I don't have any slides. The magnification buttons work but not a really large range of digital options. Focus was good and was able to see very minute details on the coins I examined. It's made of lightweight plastic so don't know how durable it will be. For what I wanted, it seems to be a good choice. Would be nice to have a box or container specifically designed for the magnification lenses. Right now, only 2 of the three fit which means one is always exposed to possible damage when not in use. May need to make my own for that.

High value for digital microscope. Most likely best value in this price range.
This scope has high-quality optics. The interchangeable lenses are useful. If you are looking at relatively flat objects, even the highest mag lens is good. The images shown are of the "0" in a penny ("2021") and the dots are pigments on a credit card. The display and microscope are plastic but well-made. It has metal thread inserts where it counts. The focus is smoother than most cheap microscopes. It has an adjustable metal stand that is a good value. At high magnification, the stand is not very steady but OK. It works with the Windows camera app as well as the "S-eye" program that you can download from the internet. With the PC connected, you can only get 1920X1080, but it is still decent for most situations. You can save higher resolution pictures on the included memory card and access them from the PC when you reboot it as a "memory device".

Great scope for electronics and soldering
Was going back and fourth between several scopes for electronics work and I am very happy I settled on this one. There is plenty of room for soldering, picture and video quality is great. make sure to use a 5V 2A power brick.

Great microscope with multiple lenses
This digital microscope is unique as it comes with multiple lenses, one long distance, another that covers most jobs, and a biological lens to see things up close like dust mites. This microscope stood out as other brands charge nearly double for the different lenses. It has pc sync which it says you can use if you have a 28 inch monitor, but I was able to use it on my 42inch 4k monitor no problem, you just want to use the USB cord & would have to keep the power supply light cord hooked up if you want light(which is a must). The device requires you to click camera on it(7 inch screen), then select usb on the software drop down menu to connect the microscope to their software. Originally I was trying to use the hdmi cable, but that's only if you're using it without a pc.2160p is limited to the sd recording, but if using it on a 4k monitor you can hit the digital zoom button & it will nearly fill up the whole screen.I did have an issue with the device, but the manufacturer quickly addressed the issue for me.Overall its a great digital microscope & it beats the competition as it has 3 different lenses. Software was easy for me to set up, and the device feels very well built & solid with some nice weight & a sturdy base.

Good visual resolution, well designed.
Having 3 different lenses and a digital 3X zoom can prove quite useful. I've found image to be quite sharp in the 7" viewer. If I had to wish for something it might be a little more depth of field.Excellent value for money.
