Product is below the average but the only problem is with the charging port. It's not working at all. Must consider other good brand not this one.

This product is really good. But the only thing I didn't like is- I ordered it in PURPLE and it arrived in PINK. It was still good. Relieved my neck pains.But, now...The light doesn't blink while charging as shown. Stops all of a sudden. And doesn't start.

battery life is okayish. vibration modes are too many
