Great item made of metal. Measure cable of existing handle before ordering. (read review)
Great item. My old handle was plastic and broke. This is metal and was easy to replace. The cable was too long. The instructions said to measure the cable before purchasing--which I didn't do. I got it to work using the new hand and the old cable, which saved me work. The old cable slipped right into the new handle's slot, and I used a large paper clip to fashion a retainer clip. Works perfect. I'll buy this metal handle again if any of the older plastic handles break.

Worked perfectly
It fit my LazYBoy recliner just fine, was easy to replace. Made of metal, not plastic - so should work for the life of the sofa. Is a great buy for a handle!

Better then what came on recliner
Fixed my broken recliner and was metal where factory unit was plastic. Did have to modify cable end using original cable from factory assembly but was easy to do and new assembly is much better

False advertising... It is not metal at all. Completely plastic. I returned immediately.

None of the handles from this place are steel. They’re useless plastic that are just going to break again.
