[Update] after about 5 months of regular use few times a week, the soft boot had a tear along the joint of the two fabrics of the boot at the ankle. Happened when putting on and not during skating. Fast. Fits well. Quite easy to put on and remove. Comfortable after wearing a few times to soften the boots. The top clip can be a little inconvenient to loosen as it gets stuck at the gap where the strap past through before the clip.

I’ve been inline skating for over 35 years now. My history has been with hockey skates so this pair is my first set of “road” skates. I just unboxed them. They are very similar in design to the Bauer skates I had in my mid-teens. I like that most of the components are screwed on. That will enable me to replace, swap out or customize as needed. The only knock I have is that the seller advertised “Gold 7” bearings. Mine came with a ABEC “Silver 5” bearings. I know, an ABEC 7 is more of a precision grade for machinery, but don’t advertise something that you’re not going to deliver. Otherwise, at first look, I like the skate. I’ll have them on the road with the next 24 hours.

These skates are just perfect, great fit very comfortable and you get the speed of the bigger wheel skates but dont lose the agility of the smaller wheel ones. Great buy!
