Of the six of these we have purchased over the last 2 years, one arrived without the handle and another arrived with screws stripped out of the "soft close" lid. But the supplier took care of it and replaced the one. We fixed the other. We use these at our hotel for breakfast service. So we have three of them running every day for three hours. They last about a year before needing to be replaced. The bi-metal thermostat in the dial starts to degrade and temperature just keeps going down month by month. We start out only needing 50% of the capability, but after a year it 100% on the dial no longer keeps the food hot. That is when we replace it. We have had a couple just flat out stop working, but definitely after heavy use. For the price, it is fine. Things get beat up in the hospitality industry so annual replacement of chaffer dishes is par for the course. Keep in mind, we are using this 365 days a year. So, they are not wearing out early.

Within 2 months it is not heating

I would like the seller to replace this piece, bought 2 and the lid of one of the chaffing dish keeps falling apart and doesn’t fit properly. Had bought 3 of them but Started using this only lately and have tried everything to get this going , would request a remedy at the earliest
