Gel Kam helps keep gums, from receding & getting sore. Used & left on, after brushing, with tootpaste. I was given this, as a prescription, when I lived, in CA many yrs, ago! Now this makes it much easier! Can't do without it!

I have not had a cavity in 16 years since I started using the fluoride gel
I had radiation therapy to my head and neck area 16 years ago and the fluoride gel was recommended to protect my teeth from getting cavities. I initially used it 3 times a day but last 10 years only once a day.I have fluoride tray appliances from the dentist. Not sure if just putting on my teeth manually is adequate as the trays were supplied while I was getting radiation treatment.
