I recently moved and am in between places. I have my knives in storage and am staying at a friends house. He is lacking in the knife department. I needed a chef’s knife but didn’t want to break the bank. This knife is so much better than I expected. Excellent quality and absolutely no complaints!

Great knife but I wish it came with a sheaf for storage rather than just a box

I just gave away my old set of expensive kitchen knives. I'm an avid cook and for the past 2 years, this knife has served me daily for all kitchen tasks. It sharpens to an excellent edge and has a comfortable weight, grip, and balance.I find that it keeps its edge well, but then I sharpen my knifes frequently and wouldn't dream of running them through the dishwasher.

I can’t add a picture because it is currently wrapped in Christmas paper. I did inspect the knife when it came in. For such a low price it is a stunning piece of cutlery. I bought this for my daughter she’s currently taking culinary classes, she just turned 18 this is her first kitchen knife. I’m very satisfied with this knife the handle is beautiful, the Damascus pattern is way nicer than in the photos. Don’t judge this knife too harsh for the photos it is truly stunning, the type of steel and the length of the blade are both printed on the blade close to the handle by where a hilt would be. Beyond its look I wasn’t willing to use or test it so I can’t speak to how sharp it is, but if they put so much work into the appearance I’m sure the made sure it was razor sharp. I would highly recommend for a starter knife, I can’t wait to see my daughter’s face. Happy Holidays everyone!
