Functional
Used this with an old computer case that I stuck an eGPU dock inside so that i could use the case's front USB ports, since that dock doesn't have internal USB headers I ran this adapter to a USB hub ooit the back instead.

Really good
It works perfectly, buy this if your PC doesn't have a USB 3.0 port

Works, short.
Works as expected, just wish they had a longer version.

It Kinda Works
I ordered this cable to solve the issue of an inaccessible 19-pin USB 3.2 connector on my MSI X570 Edge motherboard; I was unable to connect the thick front-panel cable of my Corsair Red-Shift case, thus leaving me without front-panel USB connections.I had purchased an Inateck 2-port PCIe USB 3.0 card [https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JFR2H64/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1] in order to plug in the front-panel connectors; while this worked, the 19-pin connector of the add-in card only provides a USB 2.0 connection (but both connections on the front of the case). On to plan B.I then purchased this cable in order to connect the case's 19-pin plug to the USB 3.0 jacks on the face of the add-in card; this also partially worked, since one of the front-panel jacks worked at USB 3.0 speeds, but the other jack was completely dead. This was the issue regardless of which cable was plugged into which jack. When I disconnected this cable and plugged a USB 3.0 device into each of the card's jacks, they both worked, so I can only assume that the issue lies with this cable. Maybe I just got a bad one.

Works like it should!
There isn't much to comment about. It is a cable and it works. It solved a problem that I had when I foolishly bought a motherboard without a USB 3.0 header. I plugged this cable into the rear USB 3.0 ports, ran it into the case through the I/O shield, then connected it to the case cable, and presto. The front USB 3.0 ports work!

It works
Moved an Optiplex motherboard to a new case. The board has a ton of sensors and will complain if any of them are not present. I moved the front panel from the old case to inside the new one, and used this adapter to make the new case front ports work with the old front panel.
