This retailer lived up to their advertisement, and upon receiving it, you can tell the product is brand new. This Dell dock lives up to its specs. I have numerous cables plugged into it, which helps me keep everything organized and prolongs my laptop's life by not relying on its internal screen and peripherals. The Dell dock makes it feel like you have a desktop setup without a mess of cables connected directly to your laptop. It’s also convenient to leave your original charger in your bag, so you don’t have to keep unplugging it when on the go. This helps prolong the charger’s life and reduces wear and tear on the cable.

Hace su función perfectamente. Sin ruidos ni sobrecalentamientos. Uso dos pantallas 2K y una carga de 100 W al portátil sin problema. Muy contento. Ojo: no permite doble pantalla en Mac, pero esto es por una limitación de macOS, no del dock.

Great product, Works great and love the design. I have a Dell laptop and work great together. I had a previous model Dell dock and the USB C cable was very short and had no power switch, this model is much better design, is slimmer and better layout of ports.
