I bought this little guy to help my son, who is struggling with emotion regulation and using his words before his hands. As soon as this arrived, he was a little resistant, but I sat there with this puppet. I talked to the puppet as if it was another kid, and amazingly, my son opened up. He showed the puppet his favorite book, talked about things he wasn't sure about and even things that happened at school. I now use this whenever we need some intervention when he can't talk to mommy or daddy, I use it to read books to him that talk about emotions, and the little pocket I have him reach into to see what emotion he must be feeling today when he comes out to visit. To help give him the words and a picture to go along with how he's feeling so that next time, he has the tools he needs to ask for help. It really has become such a wonderful purchase, he's so whimsical looking, the only downside is that I wish he had more of a body; legs or something. I think that can be a bit off-putting to kids that he doesn't really have a body. Also, he doesn't come with anything else like shown in the picture, so I do end up making my own images for his emotions. manipulating his mouth can be a little tiring because it is on the stiffer side, but its not so bad.

Amazing and my kids love it!! Great motivational tool. Named ours Shadow (monster). Kids will really behave if it means shadow can come out and hang out. Well worth it if you have young kids

I love the quality of this product and my son was happy to receive this as a gift. Only thing that was confusing was that I thought it came with the little emotions circle pieces that was not included but otherwise I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This puppet came just as it was described in Amazon. It’s very sweet and very animated when you use it.

This puppet is HUGE! I love how soft the fur is and think that his “monster but cute” appearance is the reason that he’s a favorite with my kids.

I bought this for my 9 year old son who’s trying to practice being ventriloquist but unfortunately it is hard for him to move the mouth with his hand. It’s even hard for an adult as it’s very stiff. It’s now become another collection of his stuffed animals.

Of the 20+ puppets I have, honestly this one is my favorite. Most days I have it with me, on the bus, walking around town, and making everyone smile. Full of personality and very easy to control. With I'd found this one first during my trip down the rabbit hole.
