Our gym was built a year ago so the velux glass had become filthy. The window cleaner said his ladders couldn't reach it from the outside and my ladders were too short to reach it from the inside (double room height). The telescopic window squeegee is perfect. It is very strong, even when fully extended it is not flimsy/bendy. Very easy to assemble and easy to use. I cleaned a years worth of grime from both inside and outside panes in 10 mins including assembly and disassembly. I'm very pleased with it and strongly recommend it - great design and very strong without being heavy (I'm a woman in my 60s and had no difficulties with it).

I looked at several other similar items, some cheaper some more expensive, and decided to go for this one. I've only used it once and it did exactly what I expected...it cleaned my outside windows! The poles are sturdy enough and easy and quick to assemble, and the head part also. For the cost of this product I would have had to pay more for a local cleaning company, so I'm able to save that cost now and in the future. The 'gripe' if you can call it that, is that the squeegee slides along the retaining groove when you squeegee the windows dry, but a small self-tapping screw will sort that out or I can squeeze the slot it sits in. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. All-in-all I'm happy with this item and hopefully with careful use it should last a good while.

Purchased to clean difficult to reach skylight. Works well. Have used on regular windows too. Whilst the cleaning ability may not be perfect this is more than made up for by the ease of use; If I havent got to get the ladders out then I am more likely to clean them more often. Quite rigid compared to similar products so the pole does not bend and flex so easily enabling a better clean. Can you purchase replacement pads and blades? This may prove useful to extend the working life

Cleans well

I guess I should have carefully read how long this will reach! Had to stand on a step ladder to reach first floor windows. There are several issues with the design. First the pole hits the window sill, so have poor contact at lower portion of the window. Second is that the head is designed to flex, and is not able adjustable, so you can’t get a very good contact with the glass, as a result the window is left streaky. Finally the poles are so flimsy that it bends a lot. Not value for money and would have asked for a refund but by the time i used it the returns window had closed.
