This is a replacement product after the first one they sent was damaged in the transport. I was frustrated initially as because of the damage my overall impression of the product was negative. But the replacement worked beyond my expectations. My first brew was pretty impressive. They also gave me a demo and helped me understand some basics better. Why did you pick this product vs others?:The product is of cheap quality. Plastics look flimsy and delicate. The water heater is made of plastic- not food safe.. micro plastics can seep into boiling water. Worst part was it blasted all of a sudden. Product under warranty, lodged a service complaint. No response yet. The service escalation number given in Agaro’s website always remain switched off. Never buy these cheap quality products from Agaro

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Found this product more fancy and it can make upto 12 cups of coffee. It is designed only for black coffee.Demonstration was given properly with details explained. The demo person was patient enough to solve our questions.

We've been using this coffee maker for about 6 months now and it's been a true life saver. It's very easy to use and simplifies coffee making every morning and one of the most convenient items for our fast pace day to days. The quality of the coffee is also really good with no sediments. We do use an extra coffee filter paper so that the filter that has been provided doesn't get smudged too much, and this also helps with cleaning it up.
