Easy to make

Came with a non-UAE plug. When cooking multiple eggs the results are inconsistent with some hard boiled and some not. Generally no better than any of the cheaper options we’ve tried.

Very bad item I had a short in my home electricity once I blucked in the socket I tried 3 times Same was happening

No user manual, had to Google how to use product. Even after following instructions, the soft and medium boiled eggs are always left with uncooked whites. Hard boil is the only function that works. Machine turns off and on at random. Came hours after using to find it had turned back on again, this does not seem safe.

The Uk plug is old style. It’s the one with rounded 3 pins . It is outdated in Saudi Arabia. You will need an adapter or cut and replace the plug to operate.

Based on the Amazon reviews and ratings, I purchased this product. The first use went fine, but it stopped working on the second use itself. Since the replacement window had already closed, I tried booking a service appointment, as the product comes with a 1-year warranty. However, within a few hours of booking the service request, it was automatically canceled. I tried booking the service five consecutive times, and the same issue kept repeating. When I checked the service feedback section, I found 58 users with 1-star ratings reporting the same complaint. Customers rely heavily on product ratings, but in this case, it feels misleading. Many of us are getting cheated by poor-quality products and ineffective service support. Amazon should work on this area and display both product ratings and service ratings clearly on the product page. This would help customers make informed decisions and avoid such experiences. I strongly do not recommend buying this product.
