Item purchased for 10 year old grand daughter - she loved it!

Grandchildren love it.

Purchased for an 8 year old as a birthday gift to accompany a hand held microscope. Haven't given it yet but have glanced through it and I'm certainly fascinated.... Very accessible language for an 8 year old with adult support for the odd word here and there. Lots of interesting, high quality images with examples from the home, food, plants, animals, human bodies and 'in the ground'. The book includes plenty of suggestions for easy at home activities. Would likely be of interest to older children too.

The book is very Educational, I brought it for my Grandson to go with his Microscope, I havn't had chance to ask him if he has used it yet, but he was pleased with the book.

Bought as a Christmas present for teenagers. They genuinely liked it! Said it was the same as the one they use at school (but they rarely get a chance to use as class is so large)

I am 76, using grandson,s microscope, I didn't realise life is all around, in very minute form.Fascinating!!!! The book explains it clearly, with actual photos and hands on experiments. 10/10 (I am in my second childhood again)

This is a good book. It has really helped our 9 year old get the most out of her microscope and slides. Parents have enjoyed it too.
