Q: How does the raising and lowering mechanism work? Electric? Pump? How is a large dog secured during the raising and lowering process? Thank you.

There is a bar that u step on to pump up the table. Then step down on it and it drops.. ABRUPTLY! up is ok. Down BAD. ALSO my dog is 85lbs and this table is VERY SHAKEY. I have to keep my leg pressed against it or it shimmies for the entire time he is on it. I WOULD NOT buy again. I should have returned it. But after assembly and the sixlze of the box.....ugh I kept it

Dear my customer, Our hydraulic dog grooming table is including two packages(Tabletop and Table base). Table top weighs 24lbs, Table base weighs 60lbs. Our clamp is also very sturdy, you can also use metal clamps instead of the plastic if you prefer. Thank you.
