Picked this up during Black Friday, but didn’t get around to setting up until after the holidays. Set up was straight forward. There was no explanation as to why there were two nozzles of one kind, and only one nozzle of the other kind, which was a little confusing. Once I got it set up, I was excited to bring my laser engraving to the next level. I tested it out and…I got the same results as I always have. I tried more air-nothing. I had tested the air pump before installing it on the laser head, so I knew it worked. There were no kinks or folds in the tube, etc. I turned the knob to high, and slipped the downy end of a feather underneath the laser head-absolutely no movement. Took the laser head apart and discovered that there was NO feeder hole for the air! Ok, at least they sent two nozzles that fit my machine! Guess what? That one just barely had a feeder hole. I ended up using the nozzle they sent for a different machine, and while it does work, the design causes the rubber tubing to stick out further, and was causing my machine to not be able to reach far left. An additional zip tie fixed the issue, but yeesh. Point being, check your nozzles before you install them on your machine.

I burned up an earlier pump by forgetting to turn it off after a job. It ran constantly for 3 days and when I came back to it, it was dead. I love that I can just hook this up, turn it on and the engraver will control turning it on and off.

I recently invested in the ATOMSTACK A5 Pro Commercial Laser Engraver, hoping for a reliable and efficient tool for my engraving needs. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been far from satisfactory.The promised 5W output power laser cutter and 40W laser engraver failed to live up to expectations. The engraving performance was subpar, and the output power didn't match the claimed specifications. The precision and detail I anticipated were sorely lacking, making the engraving results less than desirable.Furthermore, the machine's user interface and controls proved to be cumbersome and unintuitive, adding to the overall frustration. The promised capabilities of this laser engraver fell short, and it did not meet the standards for commercial use as advertised.In conclusion, the ATOMSTACK A5 Pro has left me disappointed, and I cannot recommend it for anyone seeking a reliable and efficient laser engraving solution. I would advise potential buyers to explore alternative options with a more proven track record in delivering quality results.

It does what I wanted it to do. Light wight to move anywhere and it is a true 10-11 watt lazer. I had to see it to believe it. Also, does wonderful projects and very good on the quality.

It’s perfect for work

I ordered this for my Atomstack engraver and was impressed. Easy instructions and enough hardware to fit many models. It was a quick step by step process and was installed quickly and does what it is supposed to do.
