This nasal version of propolis is perfect for me. I don't use it as often as I should but definitely take it more during my typical seasonal allergy seasons like right now in September. I almost always end up getting sick as a result of the irritation from my seasonal allergies but I haven't been sick in the last year since using this. For me September/January and May are my trigger seasons not even counting virus seasons and I've had zero colds since I bought this. It could be a combination of other supplements but adding this to my arsenal has been the only difference. I also like it because I like to do intermittent fasting and typical propolis honey would kick me out of ketosis but with this nasal spray, I don't have to worry about that. Definitely recommend and will buy again!!
