The listing of this product has the word "(White)" in it which led me to believe that the camera body would be the color white. It is not, it is the same gray color that is shown in the listing photo. I found this to be a bit misleading. Picture quality and PTZ functions were about what I expected. It is disappointing that it has no IR-night vision capabilities.

My favorite camera for my Q-SEE QC8916 system
I purchased the Q-SEE 16 channel 8916 NVR with 8, 4mp cameras. This PTZ was an add on. It hooked up just as smoothly as my other cameras. Just plug and play. No hassles whatsoever. It responds quickly on my iPhone and iPad. The 4X zoom is just right for around the yard. I made a small wood platform for it and mounted it on this platform inside the house so I could be more careful with it. Then I simply screwed the platform to the side of the house. Because everything is Q-SEE, this was a very easy instal. My family's favorite camera.

Q-see Defective 918 camera system
This camera system in a waste of time. The DVR Q-See 918 is a very unreliable unit stopped working within 4 months. Sent it back had it replaced twice stopped working within two months and then was treated to some very unprofessional and rude representatives from Q-see. They refused to exchange the DVR for a model that actually worked. And Amazon was no help either after a lot of promised action to resolved this issue I was left holding the shaft. No one took responsibility for selling this defective piece of equipment. Not the seller Furgal Buy nor Q-See or Amazon who I hold responsible overall. So I am out 609.00 and a home unprotected by camera surveillance.

Is set up to pan a preset area and the first one failed already after a few weeks. The motor starts to grind then it gets stuck.Got it replaced but the new one failed today after exact 31 days.Same game, motor makes noise, focus is dead, disturbed picture while panning. For $500 one could expect something in a different quality level.Of course, now Amazon won't replace it anymore because it is not policy after 30 days.

Nice PTZ camera
This is a great camera. The 20x zoom is incredible. Very fast response on PTZ. Even faster when using the presets. Easy to install, and is seems well made. Lots of nice features.

I was expecting this camera is a infrared red capable but it wasn't, at night you can't see nothing, so disappointed . All my other Q-See camera don't have any issues.
