China Glaze Nail Polish, Vermillion, 0.5 Fluid Ounce

Excellent for repairing nicks and chips in the paint of my bike. I don't know how it works on nails... but it sounded like quality from all the other reviews and incidentally the same qualities that you want on your nails I wanted on my bike paint.So yeah, nerdy bike guy approved, if that helps you any =)

Was not ANYTHING like the color described. Not just the color pictured, but the color China Glaze describes it as is a completely different color. It turns out to be an ugly magenta with tiny flecks of blue glitter that don't show when painted onto the nail. >>(((the color on my nails in the picture is ultra holographic "Aria" by ILNP)))<< It also dries completely matte and dull. No shine or glossy value to it. And to top it off, it peels right off (in one single piece, leaving the nail bare again) in a few hours. Absolute JUNK. I expected more from China Glaze. I now buy from ILNP. They have BEAUTIFUL colors that stay forever, do not chip and also have hundreds of holographic colors that look exactly as pictured and you will fall in love. They're also vegan, 100% cruelty free, and don't use formaldehyde, toluene, or any other nasty chemicals like China Glaze does. Was not ANYTHING like the color described. I bought the color Ruby Pumps and it is a beautiful red jelly micro-glitter polish that I think everyone should get.To start, the formula is one of China Glaze's best. It's not too thick or too thin, glides on the nail smoothly, no pooling, no brush strokes and levels out nicely. The red jelly base is pretty opaque on the first coat, but is definitely a 2-3 coater if you want full opacity. As for the micro-glitter, it's red, really fine and shows through the jelly base, especially in daylight. Really sparkly! However, like most red polishes and micro-glitter polishes for that matter, it's really messy to remove but at least I haven't had any staining after removal. Not a deal breaker by any means. As for wear, the polish lasted me a good 5-6 days til chipping starts to occur so decent wear time. Note: I use OPI base coat and Seche Vite top coat.Overall, Ruby Pumps is one of China Glaze's best classic polishes and my 2nd favorite red in my collection (1st being OPI Danke-Shiny Red). I really recommend it since it's a great color for everyone to have, especially since the holidays are coming soon!

I cannot get this color to show properly in pics. I even tried video, without success. It is much deeper and darker than pics show. It looks almost like a dark neon turquoise, if that even makes sense. It is beautiful. I suggest you look this color up online to find swatches of it on nails before buying. Look at many pics. There will be many varying colors because it is hard to capture on camera. The ones that look most alike are probably the closest match. This polish applies smoothly and dries matte. The bottle shows slight micro shimmers, that will probably only show up in sunlight or well lit room...even then, only if a clear top coat has been applied over the polish. You cannot see this shimmer when it dries matte. I showed how it looks with and without a top coat. I also showed the bottle, in hopes that others might get a glimpse of the shimmer in the polish. I used practice nails and only applied one coat. You shouldn’t buy because I’ve mentioned shimmer in the polish, since this doesn’t show up like polish with a lot of shimmer to it. Consider this polish a creme, and you will probably notice the slight shimmer in it when it hits light in a certain way. This polish will last a good week or more(will last 2 weeks for me, since I apply another extra layer of top coat for every 4 days of wear and always cap ends, to keep from chipping; I don’t apply the extra layers of top coat all the way to edge of polish at cuticle, to keep polish lifting from occurring at cuticle end). Great addition to my collection.

This review is for Flying Dragon. I ordered four different China Glaze polishes and this Flying Dragon is the only color worth leaving a review for. The photo for this polish is almost a neon blue but in real life it looks like a bold magenta. All of the China Glaze polishes dry very quickly so you need to evenly spread the coat as soon as you apply or you’ll get lumps. By the time it dried, the polish I thought was going to be a glossy blue turned out a rough feeling matte dark pink. Without doing anything that would normally chip my nails, almost every finger was chipped by the next day, so much it looked like I’d been peeling it off for days.The color Princess Grace turns out beautiful, glossy, and does not chip the same way. So I don’t think Flying Dragon is representative of the company quality.

I freaking love China Glaze. For the price it's by far my favorite brand. It's always smooth, never too thick, but very opaque and only takes 1-2 coats to get the coverage you need. It dries quickly which is nice too!I bought "High Maintenance" red looking for a dark red. While I think the picture looks a little darker than it is, I really do love this color. I would say it's more of a cherry red than a blood red. But I wanted it for a Christmas theme and it's actually still perfect for what I needed!I stamped with "Passion" gold and could NOT be happier with the results!

I love China Glaze, and there is nothing wrong with the polish itself. However, I ordered a neon purple, and received a shimmery hot pink with sparkly purple running through it. It wasn't even remotely close to the picture. It is actually quite ugly and massive letdown given what I thought I was getting, but I can't be bothered to return it, and will just give it to my young niece. No one else I know would be caught dead sporting this colour.The misleading pictures seem to be an issue for a lot of people and should be sorted out.

Ordered this after Simply Nailogical rated it as her favourite black creme polish, and was not disappointed. Covers perfectly in one coat. If I HAD to pick fault, I find the brush a little skinny, but I think that's just personal preference.

This is varnish is exactly what I was looking forward - just a clear varnish with fine specks of silver glitter in in - goes on well and dries quickly - might have to buy another just to make sure I have plenty.Product arrived very well wrapped and quicker than advised.

DOES NOT DRY! USED WITH OTHER CHINA GLAZE PRODUCTS AND ALL IT DOES IS DRY UNTIL ITS TACKY AND NO FURTHER. I WAITED OVER TWO HOURS FOR THIS TO DRY (SO MUCH FOR SIXTY SECONDS!) AND IT WAS STILL WET! THIN FOR A TOP COAT NOT SURE IF THIS IS A GENUINE PRODUCT TO BE HONEST. WILL STICK TO MY SECHE VITE IN FUTUREFRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAD TO REMOVE AND PAINT MY NAILS AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING (WAS STILL NOT DRY BY MORNING!)Can anyone tell me why it's doing this?

This is what I was looking for..amazing nail polish.I was looking for clear nail polish with really small bits of shimmering....and this is perfect.Dry quick and shimmering it’s not overpowering it’s just about.Look like clear nail polish with small bits of shimmering that’s what I wanted as I do not really like colour nail polish for everyday just a bit of shimmering.
