I highly recommend this product we have used this brand for multiple years and they hold up beautifully, we do not ever put our knives in the dishwasher so I can’t vouch for putting them in the dishwasher. They hold there edge very well. They like any knife will require sharpening from time to time.

I love these knives! I used to purchase them from my sister-in-law for her church fund raising. We no longer live close to them anymore and I wanted to purchase more. The original ones I bought were the silver handle ones and they had to be washed by hand. Unfortunately, the silver ones ended up in the dishwasher and the handles were no longer nice, however the cutting part is still good. I love that the company came out with the new handles, which are dishwasher safe. I don't have to worry about the handles becoming discolored or damaged. If you really want an everyday knife that stands up to the rigor of constant use, look no further than these. They are great! I am confident that you will be very pleased with them!
