Couldn’t see if it worked because I have a beard.

Bite protection keeps falling off. It doesn't have the shape of the mounth in both sides, not comfortable to use, hurting the gum. The 2 stars is only for the silicone quality, which seems to be good.

Great product, arrived fast and is a good size, Ive got a average mouth size and I'd say it's small, my wife has a small mouth size and it's pritty perfect for her. I can feel it working and does what it says on the tin 👍

When things like this are “trending”, it’s so easy to find a lot of products claiming this and that.This jaw strengthener has these little silicone pieces that your teeth are meant to go into but at the first bite, they pop out and are not usable. I’m makeshifting using this one but I’m not impressed. Because the little teeth trays don’t stay in, I’m trying to still use this without them but it is very uncomfortable, as the grooves stick into your gums.I thought this was normal until I saw a friend’s who got theirs in the USA and it is much better quality and way more durable for long term use.

This is essentially a deformable block of silicone with a couple of harder inserts (plus spare pair) that act as a guard to stop you teeth damaging it. There’s a little case to pop them in and a lanyard to wear it around your neck?!?.So as to the purpose, strengthening your jaw and defining your neck etc, this will absolutely do that if you use it enough. Just start small and build up, and I’ve no doubt it will have results.In practice, I was sent a size large, and even though as a male of average height I found it slightly too bit for my mouth, with two effects, 1) if made me gag if I used it for more than 30 seconds, and 2) it made my mouth water something chronic! Once I got used to it things improved, but you’ll want to run this under the tap every time you use it, and you’ll be wanting to put it away dry into the box after. There’s no way you’ll want this saliva wet thing hanging round your neck in a lanyard!It squeaks as you expect, and you feel a bit silly like a dog with a chew toy, but overall it’s a simple product with a simple purpose that it does well, just bin the lanyard and always have a paper towel handy at least :)

I like this jaw exerciser. Only been using a few days, mainly at my desk to stop me munching snacks all day. It's got a good tension to it so actually feels like a workout.

I wouldnt say i have a small mouth. My jaw crackled a bit as i put it in my mouth and after a few tries i gagged and drooled all over myself. I’ll let u make up ur own decision.

If you want your facial muscles to stay strong and tight, you need to keep using this.

You don’t waste your money on this piece of crap. It fell apart only after a few minutes of use. Silicone mouthpieces kept on coming out cause me to almost choked on it. Don’t waste your money.
