We've tried tablets, capsules, sublinguals and sprays with varying degrees of success. However, sprays are only good for one person. Tablets rely on good digestion and sublinguals take time to dissolve. This liquid form is both practical and effective and is well balanced as B12 and folate work together, especially when they're both in the methylated form. N.B. For those who suspect they're highly deficient in either or both, DO NOT supplement until having had an urgent consultation and blood test under the guidance of a medical professional! This is firstly because it can give a falsely positive impression of what would otherwise be low bodywide b12/folate levels when they've recently been absorbed into the bloodstream. Also, a person may just require one, not both of these nutrients in supplementary form. This supplement is probably aimed at those who are well within the Normal range (so they don't qualify for B12 injections), but somewhat below average and need some help with energy, or have digestive problems e.g. IBS, ME/CFS, coeliac etc. This certainly applies to us and it's easy to remember to pop a couple of drops in some juice with breakfast - easy.

This product is worth it's weight in gold, I have been using it for a few months now to help with my menopause symptoms, hand in hand with HRT. I can honestly say that since adding this to my regimen that there has been a significant improvement to my mood and energy levels. I will not be without it now!
