First some background: I am not a Dell lover, more of a Dell Hater. I don't like how they used specialized components in their computers. This one is no different, use this as is, it can't really be upgraded. Power supply is a dell custom one, and it's tiny. Having said that, this one has turned out to be a really nice computer. Cosmetic: This computer visually has no issues, no scratches and the inside had zero dust in it. Components: The components are about 3 to 5 years old according to the counters on the hard drives. One of the drives is an M.2 Samsung drive made specifically for Dell, it contains the OS (I call these gumsticks because of their shape). The second drive is a 2.5 inch 1TB drive. It's empty. This computer allows for toolless installation of hard drives, which is great. I replaced the 2.5 1TB drive with a 3.5 8TB drive with zero issue. There is only one SATA power and data cable spot on the motherboard, so it can't fit more than 1 hard drive along with the gumstick. It comes with a keyboard and mouse. I didn't use them, so I can't comment. It also has bluetooth I guess. I use a hardwired ethernet connection so i can't speak to any wireless connections. Initialization: During initialization I logged into my Microsoft account and everything worked flawlessly. I didn't have to enter an activation code like the STG Skytech Global paperwork said I would have to. I later went on my Microsoft account and verified this computer was registered with Windows 11 pro. I don't know anything about STG, but this computer was well cleaned and setup, so good for them. I left the computer on and occasionally cycled power over a full day to get all the windows 11 updates before I tried to do anything to the computer. I would recommend this to everyone. Let windows get fully updated before continuing. I'm not at Windows version 25H2. No issues. No display glitches that some people have indicated. Again, I would recommend not altering the computer for a day, until windows has updated to 25H2. I keep doing the 'check for updates' in windows to make this go faster. Performance: This computer takes about 15 seconds to boot. Very fast. Draws about 30 watts even when performing a disk transfer of 3TBs. I have no idea how they get the power so low. I haven't played games on it, nor would I suggest it. I'm using this as a backup system for my main computer. There is no external video card. Conclusion: I really am impressed with this computer. It's very small, uses almost no power, and allows me to connect via my local network to my main computer for backing up files. And it has windows 11 pro installed.

I'm going to say this early, but then follow up after the unit has been fully tested. Out of the box, JSM Computers has an outstanding operation going on. Went through all the initial installation options associated with a new Windows 11 computer. Speed/storage/appearance were excellent. For a refurbished unit, it's so far outstanding!! I will follow up after I have used it extensively, as I am only posting this as I wanted to initially test prior to the 30-day return window. So far, so good!! Update 02 Apr 2026. Been using the unit daily and have had zero issues. Runs fast on WIFI or cable. Internal WIFI works great, nothing to install. The Bluetooth feature works well for connecting earbuds or other small items. Came with a wired keyboard and wired mouse, which were not in the description, but are now a backup. For day-to-day home-based needs, I highly recommend.

Great renewed product. Very good basic computer. This ticked all the boxes, especially for the price.

I bought this tower and when it arrived I found it did not have a port for a monitor. I called DELL customer service and they verified that model did not have a monitor port. I went to Best Buy and bought an adapter to go from the 15 pin, 3 row plug to an USB port. I bought a new 15 pin cord connector. It still did not recognize I had a monitor. I hooked the new parts up to the old computer and it words great. My old computer was not able to download Windows 11 so I had to upgrade.

Very pleased with this computer, everything works as expected. There is some strange bag that does not let you pick up window from task bar with one click sometimes, when they belong to one channel. But I noticed it is common issue with Windows 11. So, I believe computer itself is just fine. One more thing that is good exactly with this model: it has external 2 flush drives managing blue tooth and something else built in the body of PC now. As for me it is a huge favor from manufactures. I am not tech person and simply losing these small things just to learn in what fire I am now. If you feel like me, chose this model to free yourself from trouble that you are not ready for.

It's not bad for the money. It took forever to get it set up, but then again at work I am our IT department's worst nightmare, so trying to do this on my own was a little challenging. It would not let me install my old Microsoft Office 2013, but hey, that's probably not a deal breaker. I just purchased 2024. It boots up nice and fast. I panicked linking it to my cell phone and undid that in a heart beat. I broke my keyboard during the set up, so I ended up using the keyboard and mouse that came with the computer (I didn't realize the computer was coming with those). Yeah, the Pro Data keyboard and mouse are terrible. I'll just get another keyboard. I guess I was surprised at how much the computer was able to transferred over quickly. It somehow even knew my preferences for the night light setting. I do miss my Images of Ireland theme (not available anymore, apparently). Physically, it is smaller than my old computer. It is also extremely quiet. It looks brand new and clean. I don't know how to describe the port capacity. It certainly didn't care for my flash drive with my backed up documents (which I still am thankful Google helped me figure out how to recover while my old computer was in its death throes). I bought my old HP in 2012 and it died after a power outage, so I hope this Dell can last as long. I needed one anyway since my old HP was not Windows 11 compatible. The rest is just, what the IT guys would say, PEBCAK.

When my windows 10 pc broke down, I was looking for a replacement instead of repair; This is when I found this; After reading all the customer reviews, decided to give it a try; Price was reasonable; Shipping was fast, the pc came in great shape, very clean and well packed; Box included free mouse, keyboard, USB Wi-Fi adapter and a display port to HDMI converter; The machine took around 15 sec to boot up; Windows 11 pro was already activated; Just needed to install a few apps; Then all ready to go ! So far I am very happy; The tower is slim, takes half the space of my old pc; Also very silent; No crackling or whining sound from hard drive; Overall, a great purchase ! Time to use Windows 11 !

The computer started up with no problem. Everything is working.

Edit. Computer turns on. For some reason when i turn it off i cannot turn it back on without unplugging the power cord. Bought it for my son and he thinks its ok but im not impressed with that. Seller asked me to open the case and see if there are any loose components but im not familiar with computers enough to attempt. I Will see what happens next. Seller did offer to do a return. This was a christmas gift. So far computer will not turn on. Contacted for support.

Mouse was broken and wifi stick would not work had to wire direct. Computer works great so far
