Spud, Inc. 32" Long Abdominal Strap Black Ab Crunches Use Forearms Handle Heavy Weight

I can’t say enough good things about the Spud Inc Ab Strap—this thing has quickly become one of my favorite tools in the gym. While it’s marketed for ab work, it’s so much more than that. Of course, it crushes ab crunches—secure, comfortable, and way better than rope alternatives. But where this strap really shines is its versatility. I use it regularly for tricep pushdowns and bicep curls, and the control and tension it provides are unmatched. Whether you’re doing weighted crunches on a cable machine, face pulls, or even lat activation warmups, this strap delivers rock-solid performance. The build quality is phenomenal. It’s durable, comfortable against the skin, and handles serious weight without fraying or digging in. For the price, it’s honestly a steal—feels like it should cost double. If you’re serious about training and want a piece of gear that can do it all without taking up space, the Spud Ab Strap is a no-brainer. I love it to death. Highly recommended.

Build quality is great. This is extremely helpful as I have developed a bit of tendonitis in my biceps and this completely moves the load to my elbows for a lot of the pull down type of exercises. I can also use it for plenty of back exercises with my pulley system. I know it isn't necessarily the intended use but it is very effective. Great value, super easy to use! Would buy again and would recommend.

Great quality and now my favorite triceps strap for push downs and lots of other exercise.

This is one of my most versatile cable attachments. I don't know why they call it an abdominal strap, that's only one of about 30 movements you can use it for. I particularly like it for pulling movements since you can put your hands through the loops and take your grip out of consideration, then your elbows and shoulders can track naturally through the movement rather than being locked in place by a rigid bar or fixed handles. Feels amazing.

Best design and super durable. Great functionality for triceps, abs, curls, pulling and way more. A little more expensive than the pulldown ropes but definitely worth it.

Love it for abs and triceps

The handle loops are about 25” long. Something to note, the overall length measurement listed appears to be all over the place; listing states 80cm, 36” and other reputable places state 30”, 32”; my label shows 32” but when under load is only at 31” long. Width is exact at 2”. The nylon webbing and O-ring are high quality, thick and overbuilt thus the price. The strap material is smooth similar to the hanging ab straps I have. I have a variety of tricep attachments including the long ropes w the molded handles and wasn’t sure how it would feel gripping the bare spud inc straps; it felt just fine with no pinching or pressure points that I’ve experienced so far.
