Especially Good, Especially in My Slow-Drip
This is pricey for me. My first batch was in a French Press and I didn't like it. There was excessive nutty flavor, which I didn't like. I made my second batch in a slow-drip Ninja and I really loved it. It's a bit better than Peet's Major Dickason's Dark Roast Blend. But Dickason's is 89 cents a pound. This is $1.47 per pound. Looking forward, I will get Dickason's most of the time and occasionally treat myself to Alto Grande.

Best Coffee you can get.
Alto Grande is the best coffee in Puerto Rico. My wife and I will get a shake down from TSA, JUST to bring home from Puerto Rico being able to order this way is a life saver!

World's Beat Coffee!
I've in love with coffee for 50 years (seriously) and this is the best I've ever had, without question! Actually, coffee is my passion! For a while I was buying it from Amazon already ground in 1 lb. cans, and while I loved it. the whole bean form (as in the case with all coffee) is so much better. It is very expensive per pound than most, costing even more than Starbucks, but it is absolutely worth it. I have no doubt that it is the worlds best coffee, and while I know taste is subjective, I have tried just about every brand of coffee on the market, including all the varieties of Starbucks, Caribou & other specialty coffee stores. I've had coffee only sold in Korea & Europe, most of the 100 or so blends sold in the Atlanta Farmer's Market, including one that was almost $40 per pound, and this the smoothest, richest tasting coffee I've ever had. This is probably the longest review I've written on Amazon, I guess that says something about how much I love this coffee.

Supremo coffee yuck!
This “ Super premium coffee of Popes and Kings” was the most bland and tasteless coffee ever. The other affordable popular Puerto Rican coffees like yaucono or creama far surpasses this stuff in taste and gusto. So what’s up with your Alto Grande?
