Emma, If you order it with us before 12:30 pm CST it would go out in the mail today and would be shipped by the United States Post Office using their 1st Class Mail service and you should get it 2-3 working days by the Post Office. We have our in the refrigerator and when we ship it we place it in a padded envelope and send it on it's way. When we receive this product from Nature's Way it is shipped in a regular box by UPS. Our number is 800-833-8282 and you can just call me and I will send this out today for you. Thanks

Hello, Upon reviewing the product label we found that the Primadophilus Optima Women's does not contain FOS.

So it was fine that it isn't refrigerated while shopping? No problems anyone has had?

This product has been a favorite probiotic of mine. I have never felt that the integrity of the product was compromised because it wasn't refrigerated during the shipping. I typically use 2 day prime.
