Most of the parts were missing when it arrived.Mop, extra brushes, manual etc. Charger is very average.Pros :Build quality is average.Battery life is impressive.Cons:It is not intelligent.Bangs into walls and furniture every now and then.Room Mapping is not available.Gets stuck at many places. You have to follow it around.It cannot differentiate between the cleaned and the uncleaned area once it is running. It keeps cleaning the floor until the battery dies.Does not return to the charging dock if it is left in other room.

It's quite effective for the price, it's one of the cheapest but makes a very good job keeping floors clean! We use it every other day and the results are very good, leaves a mop trail over marble floors when use the mopping option. Overall satisfied with the performance for this low price.

The media could not be loaded. It is my first buy of a robotic vacuum cleaner.- I live in a developing area and there are too many construction sites nearby so the dust in the house is too much.- So It cleaned 1st time and “ALL DUST WAS GONE” it did my main work.- As all have mentioned mopping is basic but still, it does clean good (You can clean with mop some areas if they have stains or can also do mopping alternatively)- It does not have a mapping option (But in this price {10 k}they won’t come home with you)- I started my cleaning at 87% battery and completed it at 43% battery ( It includes vacuuming and mopping in 3 rooms, 1 drawing hall, 1 kitchen. 2 Times Each) {I know it may consume as time goes but still good}- I loved its Edge cleaning function it is too much perfect.- I would say that only one thing is that it is not able to find Its charging station on its own sometimes when the charging station is too far.As of now, I think it is a good buy in 10K and Best is that it does pretty of cleaning work for us.Further, I will update its Performance after 6 Months.

There is no option, that don't clean in particular area. The robo just goes every where and gets stuck. U have to manual remove it. And trust me, the money your paying to buy it is waste with out that feature

Doing its job very well. We can schedule the task or manually operate. I have scheduled cleaning task thrice a day. Wet mopping is also good.

Very nice product as its running time is much more around 5 hours and automatically cleans well in schedulescin auto modeBut its design is not that sleekThat's why i am giving 1 star less

It's not working it's not getting charged and it's showing error from the minute it got delivered and Amazon doesn't even bother to respond to warranty ! This company is fraud don't buy from Amazon
