The man ingredient or metal is copper, in many countries along with Nepal we use use that as a serving plate.

Q: What note is this bowl tuned to?

When bowls are hand made they range in notes due to the thickness of the metal. I have sampled bowls of the same size and found each has a different sound. I took a chance on ordering this bowl without hearing it. I was pleasantly surprised it was an A sound. Very happy with my bowl. Nice resting pillow aswell.

Q: I purchased the 5 bowl set. What chakras are the bowls attuned to?

Each bowl align with one random chakra, to find which one each belong to you can do it through a guitar tuning app called tunein. You can download and play the singing bowl near it to find which note they belong to.
