They stay on all day/night without any lifting. I noticed it did reduce my breakouts without it being irritating in conjunction with retinol use. It dries out the spot and not the skin around it. They are a great size and you get a lot for the money. The added bonus is they are cute compared to the regular clear round ones that are equally as obvious when you wear them. I plan to try the others from this brand that offer different benefits but it is really rare to find ones like these that offer salicylic acid, especially for the price.

The case is a great way to store the patches. These are cute, easy to apply and remove and leave very little residue. The patches help improve acne, but do not 'cure' it over night. They are light weight and look cute. They do not dry out or irritate the skin like many creams can, but work just as well.

My daughter absolutely loves these patches & will actually wear them to school over her blemishes. It’s actually really cute to see her jump in the car, ready with an adorable star on her face. I’ve also noticed she is picking at her face less. We love these!

These are magical! I wear mine to bed at night. I struggle with cystic acne during stress. It takes care of little problems, and big ones. Application is easy, and the stick has a harder time on rounded edges and might poke up on the outer parts of the star. But look at this magic! I have this one spot that was minor, and then another spot that was being problematic and painful. You can see how well they work! Well worth the money, but I wish it came with a set of refills for the compact.

I usually use the Peach Slices hydrocolloid patches, and honestly, these stars do not work as well as the Peach Slices do. I wanted something that came with a travel case + mirror, though, so I figured that I would try these out. They're cute, and they work well for protecting blemishes so they don't get worse, but I find that these suck out less "gunk" than the Peach Slices do. Additionally, peeling these off of the backing can be annoying since the star spokes sometimes fold underneath themselves... and then it's stuck to itself and pretty much unusable unless you cut that spoke off or something. Three stars from me for working just okay, the amount that you get (kind of a lot stars packed in there honestly), and the cuteness factor of the compact. But if you're looking for something that actually works well, maybe stick to the Mighty Patch or PeachSlices... or at least wait until these are on sale.

I have 2 different colors of these pimple patches and I love them!! They're perfect for going to school, compared to a clear patch that looks kinda weird and gets all gunky. I am a fan of the blue one a lot more than the regular yellow since it has salysilic acid. I recommend puncturing the pimple with a clean needle though for better results before you put it on. If you do this it's quite effective and I love these :). Unfortunately the refill packs are more expensive than the mirror and patches themselves 😭 so you can always fill them up with other cheaper pimple patches and cut them to fit. Its nice though because they're are refill packs at most targets and stores around the US. LOOVVEEE
